Registration is now open for Convergence 2022, a CSHA Foundation event! While we kept the learning and connecting going during the pandemic with our virtual conference last spring, we’re beyond excited to be gathering in person at the Pasadena Convention Center March 24-27, 2022!

STUDENT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Student volunteers can sign-up at this LINK.

Before submitting your form, please remember:

  1. If you are not registered for the convention, your submission will not be accepted.
  2. You must volunteer for two shifts (six hours total) in order to qualify for reimbursement of the convention registration fee.*
  3. All volunteer shifts are first come first served.
  4. CSHA staff will keep a volunteer waiting list. If a slot opens, and you are next in line you will be contacted

All shifts are first come first served.

*Students who complete their volunteer shifts (2) will receive reimbursement 60-90 days after the conference ends.

Students must be registered for the conference prior to signing up for a volunteer slot. Any student that signs up for a slot prior to registering for the conference will be removed for that time slot.

COVID-19 Safety

CSHAF will implement measures to reduce risk of COVID-19 transmission during CSHAF Convergence 2022 in Pasadena. Participants may be asked to wear masks, as well as to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result prior to admittance, to the extent these measures are consistent with State and/or local guidance in effect at the time of the conference. Also, CSHAF may implement these measures if it determines such measures are necessary to protect all conference participants in light of COVID-19 conditions at the time of the conference.

Notwithstanding such measures, there is no guarantee that COVID-19 will not be present at the conference. Attendees are asked not to attend the event if you become ill, are aware that you’ve been directly exposed to the COVID-19 virus within two weeks prior to the event, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to or during the event.

CSHAF is committed to following whatever state and local policies are in effect for the conference, and attendees are required to do so as well. CSHAF will implement measures to reduce risk of COVID-19 transmission during CSHAF Convergence 2022 in Pasadena.

Masks

The City of Pasadena just announced that masks are not required for large mega events (over 1,000 attendees), but masks are still encouraged by the city.

Vaccinations or testing

The City of Pasadena is maintaining its requirement that participants still must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test result prior to admittance.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your registration you must send an email to convergence@cshafoundation.org under the subject line “Convergence 2022 Cancellation Request.” In your email please list the names of the registered attendees and the reason for cancellation.

Below is the Convergence 2022 cancellation policy.

Cancellation requests received by Friday, Feb 11, 2022 will be refunded 100%.

Cancellation requests received after Feb 11, 2022 will not be processed.

No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests received after Feb. 11, 2022.

All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment: If paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the card on record, generally within 14 days. Payments made by check will be refunded as a check and may take up to 30 days AFTER the CSHAF conference to process.
